Why are my points pending?

Points earned through purchases have a 30 day approval window. This helps to account for the returns period and allows points to be accurately assigned to you.

Do I get points if I return products?

Your points are calculated based on your final purchase. If you return items from your order the points will be recalculated based on the items you kept.
