Express post shipping is free for orders over $130 Australia-wide, or $9.99 for all other orders within Australia.
International standard shipping is free for orders over AU$130.
NZ order are charged a flat rate of AU$15. All other orders are charged a flat rate of AU$20.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase.
During sale periods there may be delays in orders being fulfilled due to high volumes at our warehouse.
Shipping time is an estimated 1-3 business days from dispatch, however Active Truth cannot guarantee Australia Post shipping times.
Once your order is dispatched you will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number via email that you can use to check your shipping status.
We ship to most destinations using Australia Post.

Active Truth is not responsible for any delays or additional taxes and duties applied at your country’s port of entry.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we accept returns for 30 days from date of purchase (excluding sale items).
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your purchase included an Active Truth bag or free gift with purchase this must also be returned.

We strongly recommend using registered post as we can’t refund or issue credit notes for lost items.
Active Truth™ reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s are not covered or reimbursed by Active Truth.
Yes. Simply follow the returns process and mark your exchange request on the Returns Slip.
If your requested product is no longer available you’ll be contacted by our customer care team.
Unfortunately we are unable to process an exchange for items of higher value than your original purchase. You will be provided with a store credit to place another order. Please email email@example.com for assistance with shipping options on your new order.
Refunds are not available on sale items. You may elect to exchange for a different size (if available) or receive a credit note.
For purchases made with a sale discount code please check the relevant Promotion T&Cs before lodging a return.
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
