Help speed up your post-birth recovery with compression tights that provide stability and support to new mums after their baby's delivery, including women experiencing medical conditions such as abdominal separation (diastasis recti) and post-partum pelvic girdle pain (PPGP).

The Recovery 7/8 Length Tight delivers on both support and style to give confidence to mums in the days and months post-delivery. The smoothing and squat-proof fit looks just as good in your mother's group meet-up as it does out for a walk with your pram.

These tights were designed with the expertise of a women's health physiotherapist to help you feel supported but still move freely when you're looking after your baby — without having to squeeze into uncomfortable and ugly medical garments. Compression garments are recommended for new mums following childbirth to increase circulation to aid healing, reduce swelling and reduce post-pregnancy related aches and pains. Our Recovery styles are designed for use in the first 8-10 weeks after birth, however, we know that everyone’s post-birth experience will be different. We recommend wearing your Postnatal Recovery Tights for as long as they provide benefits.

Our Recovery Tights are designed with thoughtful features that make them a new mum must-have: The extra high-rise waistband offers superior support for your back, hips and pelvis, as well as extra tummy coverage for breastfeeding mamas. Plus our seam detailing is designed to avoid any scar irritation for women who've delivered via c-section.

Model 1 wears a XL. She is a size 16 and 168cm tall.

We suggest checking your hip measurements and using our size guide to help you choose your correct size, it is most important they fit correctly around your hips and legs. In our experience, if you are between sizes or unsure then it's best to size up.

The Postnatal Recovery Tight is not suitable and should not be worn during pregnancy.

Everyone’s post birth experience will be different. We recommend continuing to wear your maternity tights until you feel comfortable transitioning to a recovery tight.

Great post C Section

Great pants, hold and support the stomach post c section so it is not sagging or bouncing on the site when exercising. Also wore these running and helped a lot! Love them, going to buy the full length ones with a pocket.
