Support your pregnant belly without uncomfortable pressure or bulky velcro belly bands. This beige/nude support garment can be worn discreetly under your maternity clothes for pain-relieving support. Great for hot climates or as an alternative to maternity leggings.

Compression garments have been shown to help pregnancy symptoms and discomfort including pelvic girdle pain, SIJ pain, round ligament pain, and other common ailments.

Our supportive Mama Briefs can be worn both day and night as long as you feel comfortable. Many women wear them while they are sleeping to help feel stable and secure, and get a better night’s sleep.

Size Guide

Model 1 wears a S. She is a size 8 and 175cm tall and 29 weeks pregnant.

We suggest comparing your current hip measurement (measuring the widest part of your lower body, this usually includes your bottom) to our size guide chart to find your best fit. Our maternity tights are designed with space to accommodate a growing bump. In our experience if you are between sizes or unsure then it's best to size up.

How to wear

1st trimester: Wear when you start to feel you are needing extra support and comfort under your clothes.

2nd trimester: Designed to stay in place all day and move and grow as your belly does.

3rd trimester: Ease pregnancy aches and pains with support for your back and hips.

Postnatal/Recovery: Continue to wear postpartum as you take your time in getting back into regular briefs. Or transition to our Recovery Brief or Recovery Tights after having your baby which may help speed up recovery and reduce postnatal related aches and pains.

*If you experience any discomfort while wearing the product, it is recommended that you immediately cease wearing the garment and consult your doctor. If you are unsure about your suitability for wearing compression garments during pregnancy we recommend speaking with your doctor, physiotherapist or midwife.

I wish I had known

These briefs are an absolute god-send. I wish I had known about these in my first pregnancy. I have prolapse from a difficult first birth and the ligament pain and pressure I have been feeling for the last 18 weeks of my second pregnancy absolutely disappears when I am wearing them. I only take them off for shower and bed. I have two pairs (beige and black) and will be buying more. I'm size 12/14 and size M fit perfectly. You won't regret buying them!!

Really comfortable and supportive, not too stretchy (which is a good thing when you are after that feeling of being held up). A little tight in the back, it did ride up a little bit but this could be because I should have sized up (I got an XS)
