The Recovery Pocket 7/8 Length Tight delivers on both support and style to give confidence to mums in the days and months post-delivery. The smoothing and squat-proof fit is comfortable for daily activities, and the addition of two roomy side pockets means you can keep your phone, keys, money and baby essentials close by while being hands-free.

These tights were designed with the expertise of a women's health physiotherapist to help you feel supported but still move freely when you're looking after your baby — without having to squeeze into uncomfortable and ugly medical garments.

Size Guide
Model 1 wears a M. She is size 12-14 and is 172cm tall.
Model 1 wears a M.She is a size 10 and 175cm tall.
Model 1 wears an XL. She is a size 16-18 and 181cm tall.
Model 2 wears a S. She is a size 8 and 162cm tall.
Model 3 wears a 3XL. She is a size 24 and 175cm tall.

We suggest checking your hip measurements and using our size guide to help you choose your correct size, it is most important they fit correctly around your hips and legs. In our experience, if you are between sizes or unsure then it's best to size up.
The Postnatal Recovery Pocket Tight is not suitable and should not be worn during pregnancy.

Everyone’s post birth experience will be different. We recommend continuing to wear your maternity tights until you feel comfortable transitioning to a recovery tight.
