30 DAY RETURNS

  • We're pleased to offer 30 Day Returns from date of purchase. We’re still obsessed with finding the perfect fit for you and your lifestyle. We are here to help, email hello@activetruth.com if you have any questions

SALE – GENERAL

  • Items that are marked sale, and are featured on the website for a discounted price (including storewide sales) are ineligible for a refund. These products are eligible for a store credit or exchange only. Preorders are excluded from sale

OUTLET – GENERAL

  • Items that are marked Outlet (as noted on the product page) are considered final sale and are ineligible for a return, refund, exchange or store credit

DISCOUNT/PROMOTIONAL CODES – GENERAL

  • Only one discount code can be applied per order
  • Items purchased using a discount code are ineligible for refund — unless specified otherwise in specific T&C's for a sale event
  • Discount codes are not able to be redeemed on Gift Cards — unless specified otherwise in specific T&C's for a sale event

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
  • Gift Cards are a form of tender, are non-refundable and not able to be redeemed for cash

        Typographical Errors
        • In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Active Truth reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale, and to refuse or cancel order.
        • Active Truth will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

        Giveaway $100 Voucher (closed)

        1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who join our mailing list via SMS or email via giveaway pop ups. By entering, participants agree to receive promotional messages from our company.

        2. Prize: A $100 voucher will be awarded to one winner each week.

        3. Entry: To enter the giveaway, individuals must join our mailing list. Each valid entry will be considered for the weekly draw.

        4. Drawings: A new winner will be drawn at random every Monday. Winners will be contacted via phone or email provided during the entry process.
