30 DAY RETURNS

SALE – GENERAL
- Items that are marked sale, and are featured on the website for a discounted price (including storewide sales) are ineligible for a refund. These products are eligible for a store credit or exchange only. Preorders are excluded from sale
OUTLET – GENERAL
- Items that are marked Outlet (as noted on the product page) are considered final sale and are ineligible for a return, refund, exchange or store credit
DISCOUNT/PROMOTIONAL CODES – GENERAL
- Only one discount code can be applied per order
- Items purchased using a discount code are ineligible for refund — unless specified otherwise in specific T&C's for a sale event
- Discount codes are not able to be redeemed on Gift Cards — unless specified otherwise in specific T&C's for a sale event
GIFT CARDS
- Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
- Gift Cards are a form of tender, are non-refundable and not able to be redeemed for cash
STORE CREDIT
- Store Credit can be redeemed for goods and/or services at https://www.activetruth.com.au/ only.
- Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Any unused Store Credit will not be redeemable after 12 months. The validity date cannot be extended.
- Once Store Credit has been issued, the value cannot be changed to a cash refund. For the avoidance of doubt, the Store Credit is issued to you at Active Truth’s discretion. It cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Store Credit does not accrue interest.
- Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account or email address. Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Active Truth will not be responsible for any lost or misappropriated Store Credit.
- If the value of your purchase is less than the value of the Store Credit, your spend will be deducted and the remaining balance can be redeemed when you next make a purchase. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.
- If an order made using Store Credit is cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the store credit will, at Active Truth’s discretion, be restored to your account only, and not refunded as cash.
- We reserve the right to correct the balance of your store credit if we believe that a clerical or account error has occurred.
REVIEWS PROMOTION
- Receive a $20 voucher by leaving a review.
- Leave a post purchase review via the review request email sent to your inbox.
- By adding an image or video to your review, you are providing consent for the media to be shared across Active Truth channels.
- Review voucher cannot be earned on reviews of Gift Card.
- Review vouchers are issued once per order.
- Review vouchers are not able to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Please understand we do not publish review that are abusive, unhelpful, or against our philosophy.
