Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

For Australian orders over $200:
- Standard shipping is FREE
- Express shipping is $7

For Australian orders under $200:
- Standard shipping is $13
- Express shipping is $19

You can opt to unlock free returns and add shipping protection for $5.74 at checkout. If you add this to your order, you will qualify for a return at no extra cost, allowing you to maximise your return by avoiding higher return handling and shipping fees. If you don't opt to add this at the checkout, you can still do a return on eligible items, but you will be charged a handling fee. This also covers your package if it is lost in transit, arrives damaged in transit or is stolen.

How will you ship my order?

All orders are sent via Australia Post with authority to leave (ATL) in a safe place — no signature is required. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address that can receive ATL parcels safely.

When will you ship my order?

Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase. During sale periods this will be longer due to high volumes at our warehouse.

Our warehouse is closed on public holidays.

Domestic shipping time is an estimated 1-3 business days from dispatch for express and 3-8 business days for standard shipping, however Active Truth cannot guarantee Australia Post shipping times.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number via email that you can use to check your shipping status.

When do pre-order items ship?

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship to overseas destinations using Australia Post.
