How much does shipping cost?

For Australian orders over $200:
- Standard shipping is FREE
- Express shipping is $6
- Priority dispatch and Express shipping is $16

For Australian orders under $200:
- Standard shipping is $12
- Express shipping is $18
- Priority dispatch and Express shipping is $28

How will you ship my order?

All orders are sent via Australia Post with authority to leave (ATL) in a safe place — no signature is required. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address that can receive ATL parcels safely.  

When will you ship my order?

Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase.

Priority dispatch orders will be processed first and generally ship same day when ordered before 11am.

During sale periods there may be delays in orders being fulfilled due to high volumes at our warehouse.

Domestic shipping time is an estimated 1-3 business days from dispatch for express and 3-8 business days for standard shipping, however Active Truth cannot guarantee Australia Post shipping times. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number via email that you can use to check your shipping status.

When do pre-order items ship?

 If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship to overseas destinations using Australia Post.

As at 26 August 2025 we are not shipping to the United States.
