We are completely infatuated with ourselves and are also confident that you will love your Active Truth™ items as much as we do. But, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we accept returns for 30 days from date of purchase*.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If your purchase included an Active Truth bag or free gift with purchase this must also be returned.

Simply complete the Returns Slip and send with your items to:

We strongly recommend using registered post as we can’t refund or issue credit notes for lost items.

Active Truth™ reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s are not covered or reimbursed by Active Truth.

If you would like to do a little switcheroo for a different style or size, your replacement item will be sent as a new order and you will receive order and shipping confirmations via email.

Please allow 3 business days for an exchange to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Active Truth™.

If the requested item is unavailable your order will be refunded and you will be advised by email.



We process refunds back to the card or account used for purchase. You will be refunded the final sale amount minus any shipping costs.

We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
