When does the sale start?
The sale goes live at 9am AEDT on Wednesday 14 October.
- Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Hobart: 9am
- Adelaide: 8:30am
- Brisbane: 8am
- Darwin: 7:30am
- Perth: 6am
- Auckland: 11am
The website will be closed from 6am AEDT while we get everything ready.
Is everything on sale?
Yes, absolutely everything! If it's on the site, it's on sale. No code needed and no exclusions (except gift cards). Prices are as marked, so all you need to do is add to cart and check out.
How do the free gifts work?
Spend $150+ and get a free zip bag. Spend $200+ and get free shipping. Spend $350+ and get a free pool floatie.
Your gift shows up in your cart once you reach the spend. Gift colours are chosen at random, and gifts are available while stocks last.
Can I use a discount code?
Not this time! This is the sale, so there's no stacking with other offers. Save your codes for another day.
Will my cart be saved?
Items should stay in your cart, but they aren't reserved until you've placed your order and checked out.

What's my size?
Our size range is AU 8-26. We recommend taking your measurements and checking our size guide before you order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our amazing warehouse team will be packing like pros, but with huge order volumes there may be short delays. We'll keep you updated if there are longer delays.
Can I change my order?
Once your order is placed, it can't be changed or cancelled. Our team will be too busy packing your goodies!
Can I return my order?
Yes! We offer free exchanges and returns for store credit if your order isn't quite right. All Better Than Black Friday purchases are non-refundable.
Australian orders can be returned through our online returns portal.
Products marked Final Sale can't be returned. These are clearly marked on product pages and in your cart.
