Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your products as much as we do! But if for any reason you’re not happy with your order we accept free returns for Australian orders through our online portal. Please select an option below to proceed. 




30 Day Returns

We're pleased to offer 30 Days Returns from date of purchase. We’re still obsessed with finding the perfect fit for you and your lifestyle. We are here to help, please email if you have any questions.

Return for Refunds

Return for Refunds are free of charge for Australian orders. 

It is only available for items purchased at Full Price. Refunds are not available on items purchased during a storewide sale, in discount promotions (where a discount code is used), underwear or marked as Outlet, unless faulty.

Refunds are provided in the same form as your original payment

Return for Store Credit & Exchange

Return for a Store Credit or an exchange for another size or item are free of charge for Australian orders. 

It is available for all items excluding items marked as Outlet and underwear. Outlet and underwear items are ineligible for returns.

For purchases made as part of a promotion or sale please refer to our individual promotional terms and conditions. 

Returning your product

Items must be unworn (tried on is okay, of course!) and in the same condition that you received them. (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.)

Any items showing signs of wear this includes: strong perfume, cigarette smells, body odour, rips, tears, stains or pet hair will be void, and the item will be returned to the sender. 

It’s important to note that exchanging for a new product through the portal doesn’t reserve the product for you. If your requested product is out of stock when we finalise your return, a store credit will be issued.

If you’re in Australia we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return your item/s. No printer? No problem! Just download the label to your phone and show at the counter of any Australia Post outlet.

International orders: The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s is not covered or reimbursed by Active Truth.

If possible, we’d love you to return your item by reusing the compostable mailer you received your order in. Just turn inside out and tape closed before affixing the returns label.

Unfortunately we cannot process returns for lost parcels without tracking details — so please make note of your parcel tracking number. We strongly recommend lodging your parcel in-person at a post office.

Making changes to your order

Once your order is placed we have a team at the ready to pick, pack and ship your new activewear as quickly as possible. For this reason we are unable to amend orders once they are placed, this includes cancelling orders.

If the wrong item has been sent, please contact us at with photos of the product and packaging for Active Truth to assess.
