An essential for your pregnancy and postpartum this compression support garment is designed for comfort and durability with squat-proof and shape retention fabric. Your hips, back and pelvis will be supported as your bump grows. Compression fit helps to minimise pregnancy aches and pains, including varicose veins. The bike short length is perfect for warmer days or to wear under a dress for added comfort and support.

In our experience if you are between sizes or unsure then it's best to size up.

This pregnancy tight is also available in 7/8 length and full length. We also offer Pregnancy Support Briefs.

Model 1 wears a S. She is size 8, 165cm tall and 30 weeks pregnant.
Model 2 wears a M. She is size 10, 170cm tall and 27 weeks pregnant.
Model 3 wears a S. She is size 8, 175cm tall and 34 weeks pregnant.

We suggest comparing your current hip measurement (measuring the widest part of your lower body, this usually includes your bottom) to our size guide chart to find your best fit. Our maternity tights are designed with space to accommodate a growing bump. In our experience if you are between sizes or unsure then it's best to size up.

How to wear

1st trimester: As soon as the waistband on your regular leggings start to feel tight.

2nd trimester: Keep exercising as your belly grows with added support and a comfortable fit. These tights are designed to stay in place all workout.

3rd trimester: Ease pregnancy aches and pains with support for your back and hips. Compression fit assists in reducing leg swelling and soreness.

Postnatal/recovery: Continue to wear postpartum as you take your time in getting back into regular leggings. Or transition to our Recovery Bike Shorts after having your baby which may help speed up recovery and reduce postnatal related aches and pains.

*If you experience any discomfort while wearing the product, it is recommended that you immediately cease wearing the garment and consult your doctor. If you are unsure about your suitability for wearing compression garments during pregnancy we recommend speaking with your doctor, physiotherapist or midwife.

Great shorts, fantastic service!

The shorts are a great fit, I'm only 19 weeks and not showing much yet, but can tell there's heaps of room to grow, while they're still comfortable to wear now. I've struggled to find shorts this length too!

The customer service is fantastic, the pair I ordered had a very minor fault with the tension in some of the stitching, Nicole was very quick at responding, and sent a replacement pair straight away.

Will be buying another pair with pockets to get me through the summer!
