To find your perfect fit, we suggest measuring your current hip size (the widest part of your lower body, typically around your hips and bottom) and comparing it to our maternity tights size guide. Our maternity tights are thoughtfully designed with extra space to accommodate your growing bump throughout pregnancy. In our experience if you are between sizes or unsure, then it's best to size up for maximum comfort and flexibility as your body changes.
How to wear maternity leggings
1st trimester: As soon as the waistband on your regular leggings starts to feel tight.
2nd trimester: Keep exercising as your belly grows with added support and a comfortable fit. These maternity leggings are designed to stay in place for all of your workouts.
3rd trimester: Ease pregnancy aches and pains with support for your back and hips. Compression fit assists in reducing leg swelling and soreness.
Postnatal/recovery: Continue to wear postpartum as you take your time in getting back into regular leggings. Or transition to our Recovery Tights after having your baby which may help speed up recovery and reduce postnatal related aches and pains.
*If you experience any discomfort while wearing the product, it is recommended that you immediately cease wearing the garment and consult your doctor. If you are unsure about your suitability for wearing compression garments during pregnancy we recommend speaking with your doctor, physiotherapist or midwife.
