Preorder FAQs

What is a preorder?

A preorder item is a product which you can purchase on preview prior to it arriving at our warehouse and being available to ship. Preorder items are marked as such on the product page and the cart. You will need to acknowledge the item is a preorder using the tick box in order to add to your cart.

Why is a preorder product sold out? Will it be restocked?

Preorder quantities are limited. Items may sell out before they arrive at our warehouse. Limited edition products are marked as such on the product page and will not be restocked at a later date, even if they sell out during preorder. 

When do I pay?

Payment is collected at the time of the order being placed and guarantees your item is reserved before it arrives at our warehouse.

When will my order ship?

Delivery times may vary for preorders. The expected shipping date is marked on the product page. While we attempt to give you an accurate timeframe for dispatch delays may occur and Active Truth are not liable for any unforeseen delays.

How will I know my order has shipped?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your preorder item/s leave our warehouse. If there is a significant change in the expected shipping date you will be advised via email.

What is your returns policy for preorder items?

The returns window for preorder items starts once your order leaves our warehouse. 

Can I combine in-stock and pre-order items in one order?

Yes. We will fulfill the items in your order as they are available at our warehouse.
