Magic for pregnancy aches and pains these maternity leggings provide all-day snug and secure support. The graduated compression alleviates pressure on your sore back, hips and pelvis, as well as reducing swelling in legs and ankles.

Wear over your baby bump as you grow through to full term enjoying the stay-in-place fit, smoothing fabric and squat proof opacity for comfort and confidence. You'll be washing these often as they will be a staple in your maternity wardrobe — both for working out and putting your feet up with a good book!

Don't forget to pack your pregnancy tights in your hospital bag. Recommended post-partum including post c-section. The shape retention fabric provides a comfortable fit without added pressure.

The Pregnancy Tight is also available in a bike short, 3/4 length and full length.

Size Guide

Model 1 wears an S. She is size 10, 179cm tall and 28 weeks pregnant.

Model 2 wears an S. She is a size 8-10 and 178cm tall and 32 weeks pregnant.

Model 3 wears an S. She is size 10, 174cm tall and 33 weeks pregnant.

Models 4, 5 & 6 are Active Truth customers and community members.

We suggest purchasing your pre-pregnancy size. Our maternity tights are designed with space to accommodate a growing bump. Choosing your usual size means they will fit correctly around your hips and legs. In our experience if you are between sizes or unsure then it's best to size up.

How to wear

1st trimester: As soon as the waistband on your regular leggings start to feel tight.

2nd trimester: Keep exercising as your belly grows with added support and a comfortable fit. These tights are designed to stay in place all workout.

3rd trimester: Ease pregnancy aches and pains with support for your back and hips. Compression fit assists in reducing leg swelling and soreness.

Postnatal/recovery: Continue to wear postpartum as you take your time in getting back into regular leggings. Or transition to our Recovery Tights after having your baby which may help speed up recovery and reduce postnatal related aches and pains.

So good I bought another pair!

I was given a pair of full length AT tights and I loved them so much that I bought another pair but in the 7/8 length! Love everything from the material, thickness, fit, and belly support throughout pregnancy. Im a standard Aus size 8-10 and the Small fits perfectly. So far I've been able to use from 19 weeks right through to 39 weeks. Thanks AT!
