Size Guide
Model 1 wears a M. She is size 10, 170cm tall and 27 weeks pregnant.
Model 2 wears a S. She is size 8, 175cm tall and is 34 weeks pregnant.
We suggest comparing your current hip measurement (measuring the widest part of your lower body, this usually includes your bottom) to our size guide chart to find your best fit. Our maternity tights are designed with space to accommodate a growing bump. In our experience if you are between sizes or unsure then it's best to size up.
How to wear
1st trimester: As soon as the waistband on your regular leggings start to feel tight.
2nd trimester: Keep exercising as your belly grows with added support and a comfortable fit. These tights are designed to stay in place all workout.
3rd trimester: Ease pregnancy aches and pains with support for your back and hips. Compression fit assists in reducing leg swelling and soreness.
Postnatal/recovery: Continue to wear postpartum as you take your time in getting back into regular leggings. Or transition to our Recovery Tights after having your baby which may help speed up recovery and reduce postnatal related aches and pains.
