In these current uncertain times we want you to have the confidence to keep shopping with Active Truth. For now, it's business as usual. Our orders are shipping fast and free as usual — just with some changes to our operations to protect everybody's wellbeing. We'll be updating this page with any changes to our service. Stay safe!
ARE DELIVERIES AFFECTED?
All orders within Australia are being sent with no delays from our warehouse.
Our shipping provider Australia Post has reported some delays in delivery due to high volumes of parcels. All orders are sent via Express Post which is given priority. While next day delivery is no longer guaranteed by Australia Post we have not had any reports from customers of significant delays for national deliveries.
We are still shipping overseas. Some overseas destinations are experiencing significant delays once in-country. It is important to understand that these delays are current when placing an order as immediate delivery will be an exception to the rule. New Zealand Post has seen a significant increase in parcel volume and most deliveries are being delayed up to 5 days minimum (10 days in Waikato, 2 weeks in Auckland). Further international parcels are unfortunately taking multiple weeks to reach their destination.
Australia Post provides up to date information on known disruptions affecting postal services around the world and estimated delivery times for international orders.
ARE YOU EXTENDING YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We extended our returns policy to 60 days for orders between 27 March and 8 June 2020. Orders outside this window are subject to 30 day returns.
ARE YOU PROVIDING A CONTACTLESS DELIVERY SERVICE?
Australia Post has advised its posties and drivers are practising good social isolation techniques. Parcels are sent with Authority to Leave in a safe place so minimal to no contact will be necessary.
CAN I STILL EXPECT TO SEE NEW ARRIVALS?
Yes. We have a number of new prints and products arriving soon that will keep you comfy at home over the next few months.
